Alongside our founder programme, we’re developing a managed project service for businesses and founders. Clients bring the work to Talent Seed; we decide which individuals or team are best suited to complete it.
We review your requirements, budget, and deadline, select people based on skills and availability, coordinate progress, and check the work against the agreed deliverables. Our network focuses on Indian talent and can include professionals elsewhere.

Clear agreements before work starts.
Before a project begins, we agree the scope, price, payment milestones, timeline, revisions, acceptance criteria, ownership, and confidentiality in writing. A brief starts a conversation; it does not confirm a team or delivery date.
Client project fees cover the agreed delivery work and Talent Seed’s coordination. Project work is separate from the founder programme and does not automatically involve equity.
