This notice covers founder applications, talent profiles, project briefs, and backer expressions of interest submitted to Talent Seed.

What we collect

Your name, email, location, venture or organisation name, skills or project name, stage, optional link, and the description you provide. Descriptions may include experience, availability, budget ranges, or project timelines. We also record your consent, submission time, review status, and private team notes. A hashed network identifier is used to limit repeated submissions.

How we use it

We use your details to assess your submission, organise follow-up, and contact you about relevant next steps. Your submission is not a public listing. Submitting does not give Talent Seed rights to your idea or equity in your venture.

Access and storage

Submissions are stored in the website’s hosted database and are accessible to the authorised Talent Seed reviewer. Hosting providers process information to operate the website. We will ask before sharing your application or profile with a prospective backer, client, team member, or other third party for an introduction.

Retention and your choices

We retain submissions while evaluating them and arranging relevant follow-up. You can request access, correction, or deletion, or withdraw consent to further contact, by emailing talentseedventures@gmail.com. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.

What not to submit

Please do not include passwords, financial account details, identity documents, sensitive personal information, or confidential technical material. Use a non-confidential summary and share links you are comfortable having the team review.

Cookies and sign-in

The website does not use advertising trackers. Hosting and team sign-in may use necessary session cookies. Applications do not require a separate applicant account when the site is publicly available.
